HEALTH IN HUMAN RESOURCES

When we heard about human resources maybe we remind some psicological test, or interviews,aplications,meetings,sign contracts or posibly hires and fires.

All that is about humans resourses but here is an important issue is the fact that the humans resources are people that generate enough energy for make their enterprise earn profits; they are the engine of the productivity,without human resourses there is not productivity.

HUMAN RESOURCES = PRODUCTIVITY

It is very obviuos we always known. The human being is who always will close the produtivity cicle, without us there is not production.

Then is clear the attention that we can take as enterprise with our human resources they are our engines and they must be on shape.

But maybe is not that clear and really the enterprises do not take care enought about it and they take care more in their own profits than in their human resources. But is nobody fault, It is the pure process of the productivity where we are all involve in one side or in the other is a natural fact of our system.

Be productive is very important for people make us feel the we are doing our best for us and everyboby which is great if always remember at the same time the we are here ane we BREATH.
Do you think this is obvious and simple? But is not, in fact is the most commun mistake that the humans do and we forget our bodies and we just focus in production and the fact is that if we are not healthy we couldn´t produce nothing.

Al this is a reflexion about our health there is not important your place in the human resources piramid is the same for everybody. We all count. We are a commun resource the human one.

We could not delegate responsibilities to enterprises or the state about our health is very dangerous.

The only one who has real control in your health is yourself. Start today to control your health take care yourself and get information before any action.

Know about our body functions is a good begining and the key inour heatlh is the breathing but always in an appropiate way.

Well, breathing properly is not easy needs practice, focus and discipline.

The company main recruit problem is high costs of repeat several times recruitment process, be redundant is expensive and delayed the productivity.
Companies arround the world have the same problem and the same causes.
At, end the human resource instead of be productive for the company which gave him knowlege and skills, the human resorce prefers LEAVE THE COMPANIE ,and the recruitment process start again with the same mistakes. This moral unbalance is for several reasons, like , natural human resource behavoirs. And other excuses.

But, we know the causes, then companies need to offer to human resources something diferent and unique, Things that only they can get in your company, beyond the money, skills or talent, companies need offer to human resources HEALTH.

If companies create a healthy human resources instead of a high competitive ones, maybe the healthy one is going to be more productive than the high competitive ones, just because they are healthier.

Companies with less insurance costs, less absences, less work stress, less corporative mistakes, have a simpe result ....more PRODUCTIVITY.

Example, Company recruit a talented staff, which is great, but they forget something essencial, they still are people instead of a talented group of competitive staff.
